Update again, finally

Time flies! It's been a long time, almost a year since last update! Gosh if I do not revisit, this blog site will turn to dust!

I begin to realise, maintaining a blog is like maintaining a publicized diary. It can be a track record of our own stages of growth if maintained over a long time, and if revisited after a period of time, it seems to bring you back in time like a time machine.

That's the main reason for my revisiting and reviving this blog again. I don't know what went over me, but am starting to reflect on the past one year. The ups and downs, the bitter, sweet and heated moments.

I have never lived such an eventful and buzy moments in my entire life, till we hit 2008. It all started since into the 3rd trimester with the twins, when all the physical strain started, where even a usual 5 mins walk from mum's to my block, turned to eternity, and this eternity took me 3 stops to rest, pant and puff and prep for the next 5-10 steps that seems like a marathon before the next "pit stop".

Even when the stage of physical strain was over, little did we know that further steeper challenges were ahead. As I was discharged from hospital with two new, still profound bundle of imps home, it was only then another challenge confronted us. DOMESTIC POLITICS!

My 2 month old maid threatened to walk out of our life just when we badly needed help, and the confinement lady - turned glutton and sleazy political snake started to stir conflicts between us and maid.

Somehow amidst all the very buzy, wearisome one year, all the episodes are still engraved vividly on my mind.

Perhaps life's been slowing a little down lately, or it's hormonal changes again that has stirred me back to reflect on the incidences in the past one year.

I learn to appreciate the support that my dear parents and siblings had given us. The patience, wisdom and courage that HE has provided us, and guided us for the past years and years to come. I strongly believe, this past one year would be a year Sam and I will never forget in our lifetime.

And this experiences had indeed strengthen our support for each other, and hopefully bonded the family closer.

Sam, if you are reading this. I am thankful for you! Gosh I wonder how we could have survived , but we have made it through.

Amen!

I will revisit again, to retrace back more till we keep up to date on the little ones development.

How it all started ...

This blog site is a start in celebration of two new babies to our family, named Ethan and Noelle who are just two mins apart in birth.

With their addition to the family, we had learnt alot along the way. Especially who are the ones that would be there for you through weals and woes. This has indeed posted a test to the strength of the relationships amongst friends and family.

Yes, you might be wondering "So what with two newborns? How difficult could it be? Why the need for such a fuss?"

The learning is, having two cranky/colicy babies, together with an active, curious, sometimes jealous 3 yr old toddler under one roof is beyond just myself and husband can manage. This would be a blog to also share and look back to some of the fun and challenges we had encountered, and hope this would be helpful information to families expecting new borns, especially twins.

Would like to make a deep felt thanks to the families and friends that have contributed so much of their valuable time and effort in helping us tide through these period. Especially to my mummy dearest whom has graciously sacrifised even her sleep to help look after Ethan for these past month.

Special Thanks to my bubbly hubby that has made these times more tolerable and fun! And thank you so much for pulling me along through the periods of depression(By turning your back and walk away to let me tear in peace! Haha)

We'll have so much more sunny bright days ahead with the kids!
